    He is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow. He is a MBA in Hospitality Management from Kurukshetra University and has done 3 years programme in hotel management, bachelor’s degree in science & diploma in French language. He is a certified trainer in DOT & DDS. He possesses teaching experience of about 23 years at Institute of Hotel Management, Faridabad, enriched with working experience of about 2 years at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. He has been the principal of Institute of Hotel Management, Panipat for last seven years. He is holding the additional charge of principal of Institute of Hotel Management, Faridabad. He has also held the additional charge of principal of Institute of Hotel Management, Kurukshetra & Institute of Hotel Management, Yamunanagar.

    He is an alumnus of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He holds master degree in hotel management and master degree in business administration. He has more than 9 years of industrial and academic experience. He looks after various academic and administration work of the college.

    Mr. Naubal Kaushik is an alumnus of the Ashok Institute Of Hospitality And Tourism Management ( an ISO 9001:2008 Certified) run by India Tourism Development Corporation in New Delhi. He has done four years degree programme in international hospitality and business management, post graduate diploma in business administration in human resource & industrial relations from Symbiosis, Pune, and masters degree in tourism management from IGNOU. Prior to joining institute of hotel management, he has worked as assistant manager (hotel operations) with India Tourism Development Corporation (CPSU, under ministry of tourism). He has 6 years of experience in hospitality business operations having worked in corporate marketing, state banquets, xix commonwealth games, New Delhi and hotels division at corporate head office, ITDC. He is currently working as assistant lecturer at IHM Panipat.

    Ms. Neelam is an alumnus of IHM Panipat. She is teaching in IHM Panipat since 1993. She has vast knowledge of house keeping department.

    Mr. Sushil Kumar Sharma is a demonstrator in IHM Panipat. He is an alumnus of IHM Jaipur. He holds Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery. And also he holds 15 years of experience in Hotel Taj. And almost 15 years of experience in IHM Panipat

    He has done Master of Commerce from MDU, Rohtak, Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology Hisar and one year computer diploma in information technology. He has rich experience of about 14 years in the field of accounts. Before joining IHM Panipat he has worked with National Highways Authority of India, project implementation unit, and Rohtak. He looks accounts department, establishment, administrative work and various office related works assigned to him from time to time.
