Application form cum information brochure can be obtained from IHM, Panipat on working days with the payment of Rs. 400/- (Rs.300/- in case of SC and BC candidates). Candidate should report to the IHM Panipat along with first term fees as mentioned in the admission booklet and original documents for on the spot admission.

Click here to download Admission Brochure and Application Form. Duly filled Application Form should be sent to the Principal along with fee Rs. 400 (Rs.300/- in case of SC and BC candidates) through demand draft drawn in favour of Principal Institute of Hotel Management, Panipat payable at Panipat.
Candidate should report to IHM Panipat on dated 19.06.2026 at 9:00 A.M., along with first term fees as mentioned in the admission booklet and original documents for counseling and on the spot admission. A merit list will be drawn by the Institute on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in 12th examination and the admission will be offered strictly on the basis of merit only.
Applicants are required to ensure the following while filling the application form:
Read instructions carefully.
Paste only recent passport size colour photograph. Do not staple.
Applicant's name, parent's name or guardian's name and date of birth should be as in Matriculation Certificate.
Enclose attested copies of certificates.
Fee is payable in advance, which is non-refundable except the caution money.
